During this time we have successfully led the industry with awards in talent management from the ABP, CIPD, and AGR. We push and challenge our profession towards continuous improvement. It might be in terms of innovation for new solutions in psychometrics, or it might be to introduce new Assessment Centre standards. The latter is an example of how we identified a serious issue and pulled together a team to carry out pro bono work to rectify the issue for everyone’s benefit.

We are independent test providers offering a comprehensive selection of assessment solutions from industry leading brands. This enables us to offer you impartial advice on what solution will best meet your recruitment, assessment or development needs.  Our assessment solutions include leading SHL tests, OPQ questionnaires, aptitude tests – in fact a full range of psychometric tests and assessments.
Indeed, our partnerships and expertise are strong. Quest remains the only external company that the world’s leading test publisher, CEB SHL, trusts to design tests for them!
