British Energy sought Quest’s assistance in evaluating the effectiveness of their graduate recruitment programme using our Assessment Optimiser service.

After some initial consultation to understand the recruitment needs and people strategy a focused review was carried out. Survey feedback was collated from key stakeholders including graduate recruits. The data from each stage of the selection process was also made available.
